Both error messages “Invalid Account” and “No Connection” are shown when you have typed wrong login credentials on your MT4 trading platform.
In this case, you may re-check the original login credentials sent by EightCap via email to your registered email address, then try again to login to your MT4 trading account.
MT4 is case sensitive, and trading server is EightCap’s. You may also try out different server names in case your trading account is matched with another trading server category.
If you have forgotten the password
If you have changed the password for MT4, you need to contact EightCap support team to reset the password. You can not reset the password by yourself, and EightCap might ask you to submit additional documents to verify you.
Demo Account’s expiration date
In case you are using EightCap’s Demo MT4 trading account, please don’t forget the there is 30 days of limitation. As in all EightCap’s Demo MT4 trading accounts will be disabled for trading and closed after 30 days of opening.
If you wish to use it more than 30 days, you may contact EightCap to request for that though, otherwise you won’t be able to login to your Demo account after 30 days.
